A Letter from the CEO
Founded in 2002, JTS is a process-centric organization providing services and solutions to federal and commercial clients in the areas of Information Technology, Human Capital, Training, and Innovation. As a retired Army Signal Officer with an extensive background in Acquisition Category (ACAT) I programs which are Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs), I founded JTS in 2002 with the purpose of providing consulting services to the Department of Defense in the areas of Logistics, Human Resources and Pay.
At JTS, we believe that our employees play an important role in the delivery of these services and solutions.
